At Sterling Walters Lawyers, we appreciate that life can be a rocky road, and we are here to help smooth the way.

Our preference is to resolve legal issues constructively and cost effectively, and keep you out of court.  But when you need us to be, we are formidable litigators with many years of experience between us.

We are also passionate about helping to prevent conflict in the first place.  We have expertise in estate planning, business succession planning, and even “divorce planning” (yes, it is possible).   

We are modern lawyers but take an old fashioned approach to service. We bend over backwards to make the process of dealing with a lawyer as painless as possible.  We will do our best to meet with you when and where it suits you.  We understand that sometimes you’ll want to speak with us after hours or on the weekend.  Lawyers don’t always have a great name, and we want to change that.
